Ms. Taif Sami Mohammed, Minister of Finance, received on Thursday a delegation from the global company SAP, along with members of the Higher Committee for Tax System Reform, in the presence of Eng. Khalid Al Jaberi, member of the committee and Chairman of the Osoul Organization for Economic Development and Sustainable Growth, as well as a number of officials from the relevant departments.

During the meeting, the current stages of work within the tax reform program were reviewed, and mechanisms to support the digital transformation of tax administration through SAP solutions were discussed, in order to enhance transparency and tax compliance. The participants also addressed the steps for modernizing the infrastructure of the tax system in a way that helps improve revenue collection efficiency and expand the taxpayer base.
