Bayt Al-Hikma and Osoul Organization in a Promising Scientific Cooperation
As part of strengthening academic partnerships and exchanging scientific expertise, a memorandum of scientific and research cooperation was signed today, Thursday, May 14, 2026, between Bayt Al-Hikma, represented by the Chairman of its Board of Trustees, Dr. Qahtan Nima Hassan Al-Khafaji, and Osoul Organization for Economic and Sustainable Development, headed by Professor Dr. Khalid Al-Jabri, President of the Osoul.
The signing took place at Bayt Al-Hikma, with high-level coordination by the Department of Economic Studies headed by Professor Dr. Falah Thuwayni. The memorandum represents an important step within a shared vision aimed at promoting scientific research, strengthening academic cooperation, and supporting scientific innovation, in line with Bayt Al-Hikma’s goals of building effective and sustainable partnerships with distinguished academic institutions.
The memorandum aims to establish a joint framework between the two parties in the fields of preparing and developing administrative, financial, and economic policies, enhancing institutional governance systems, improving institutional performance efficiency, and formulating public policies in a manner that meets the requirements of the current and future stages.
These objectives will be achieved through scientific and administrative cooperation that includes organizing and conducting scientific activities in areas of shared specialization, exchanging scientific expertise, carrying out specialized research, and cooperating in institutional capacity development and performance enhancement through the preparation of professional development programs for staff members. The cooperation also includes documenting outcomes and transforming them into applicable policy memoranda within approved institutional frameworks.
